Aegis is currently partnering with a local manufacturing company in Elgin to identify a Purchasing Clerk to join their growing team!Responsibilities:Purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and services to meet production schedules.Manage full purchase order lifecycle within an ERP system"”from creation to receipt to reconciliation.Track and maintain lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation for food-grade materials.Reconcile invoices with receiving records and resolve discrepancies promptly.Requirments:1+ year of procurement or purchasing experience.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Dynamics, Fishbowl, etc.).Experience creating POs, receiving goods, reconciling invoices, and tracking lots/expirations.Please apply below if you are interested!
