About the OpportunityA leading investment management firm is seeking a Senior Investor Services Analyst to join a collaborative and highly visible team supporting institutional investors and internal stakeholders across multiple investment vehicles.This role sits at the intersection of fund finance, investor relations, and client service. The team is responsible for delivering responsive, high-quality support to investors while partnering closely with finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams on a wide range of reporting and servicing initiatives.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This position is well suited for someone with experience in private equity, venture capital, asset management, or fund administration who enjoys both analytical work and relationship-focused responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of coordination for investor-related requests and ongoing servicing needsPrepare and support responses to investor inquiries, reporting requests, and operational mattersAssist with investor-level calculations, fund performance data, management fee analyses, and ad hoc reportingCoordinate completion of annual investor questionnaires and diligence-related materialsMaintain and update investor records, contact information, and banking instructions with a high degree of accuracyPartner cross-functionally with finance, legal, compliance, tax, and external service providers to ensure timely execution of requestsSupport initiatives focused on improving operational workflows, reporting processes, and data management capabilitiesContribute to automation and process enhancement efforts through the use of technology and AI-driven toolsHelp identify opportunities to improve the overall investor experience and internal efficienciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred4-6 years of experience in investor services, client service, fund operations, fund accounting, investor relations, or related financial services functionsUnderstanding of private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, or alternative investment fund structuresExperience supporting institutional investors or working within a fund environment preferredStrong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsAdvanced Excel skills required; experience with reporting, analytics, or visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau is a plusInterest in leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows and operational efficiencyPreferred BackgroundsCandidates with experience in one or more of the following environments are encouraged to apply:Private equity or venture capital firmsAsset management or alternative investment firmsFund administration organizationsInvestor relations or LP services teamsPublic accounting firms with investment management or alternative asset clients48995
