Senior Manager Finance, FP&AHybrid Schedule | Relocation Assistance Provided Within the U.S. to Houston, TX Our client, a multinational corporation headquartered in Houston within the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional with strong strategic planning, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering experience in a global environment. Relocation assistance within the United States to Houston, Texas will be provided for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will bring extensive FP&A leadership experience, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence executive-level decision-making across business units. Professional or native-level fluency in Korean is required for this role, as the position works closely with global leadership teams and cross-cultural stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Financial LeadershipLead the annual budgeting and Long-Range Planning (LRP) process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strategic financial direction Oversee monthly forecasting processes, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and executive-level reporting Evaluate complex business cases, profitability initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational strategies Develop and implement KPI frameworks to support business performance and strategic objectives Drive standardization and best practices across FP&A processes to improve efficiency and scalability globally Reporting, Governance & ComplianceLead the preparation and consolidation of monthly business review materials, including P&L, working capital, and cash flow analysis Support quarterly MD&A reporting and executive/Board-level financial presentations Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting requirements and maintain strong financial controls Safeguard data integrity and ensure accuracy across all financial reporting and planning activities Executive Communication & Business PartnershipServe as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, including executive and cross-functional stakeholders Present financial trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support informed business decisions Provide oversight and strategic guidance around SG&A performance and cost management initiatives Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership teams Process Improvement & AnalyticsLead initiatives to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes through automation and process optimization Improve reporting tools, dashboards, financial models, and analytics capabilities across the organization Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, reporting quality, and data-driven decision-making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field required MBA, CPA, and/or CMA strongly preferred 12+ years of progressive finance and FP&A experience required Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, or multinational corporate environments preferred Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI, BPC, and integrated business systems Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex financial data into strategic recommendations International business experience and/or exposure to Korean enterprise environments highly valued Language Requirement Professional or native-level fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is required Must be comfortable preparing executive-level materials and collaborating with global leadership teams in both languages Additional InformationHybrid work schedule Relocation assistance within the U.S. to Houston, TX is available for qualified candidates High-visibility leadership role within a global organization Opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and international teams Approximately 10% travel required
