Los Angeles, CAWe are partnering with a highly respected law firm seeking a 2nd-6th year Associate to join its Community Development Finance Practice Group in Los Angeles.This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with strong and recent real estate transactional experience, including real estate lending and/or joint venture financing. Experience with tax credit transactions is highly preferred.Ideal Background:? Real estate lending and finance transactions? Joint venture partnership and operating agreements? Drafting senior secured loan documents? Reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys? Experience with tax credit programs (LIHTC, Historic, New Markets, Energy Tax Credits) preferred? Active State Bar of California license requiredThis practice represents lenders, investors, and syndicators on sophisticated real estate finance matters tied to community development projects, including multifamily, office, hospitality, and industrial developmentsCompensation: $160,000 - $230,000 + bonus ?
