LEAD CREATORKey areas of ResponsibilityAutonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple media platforms and tools, with minimal guidance from creative leadership if neededCreate content that makes proven, impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (likes, comments, etc). Proficiently cull for insights based on real-time response/reaction to live content on social pages, and adapt content based on these learningsCollaborate with your teammates and cross functional departments on rapid fire requests and tight timelines Attend creative brainstorms, kick offs, and team meetings contributing meaningful ideas and design strategy formulation Following the leadership of your A/CD, help mentor, educate, and guide Senior Creators, Creators, and Creator Residents, and even in some cases Art Directors and Copywriters, on your team and across the agency on best practices, ideating, and execution. Experience / Knowledge Required5 to 8 years professional creative experience, with a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc. Advanced capability working within the following tools [INSERT BASED ON NEED OF BRAND].
