About the CompanyA rapidly growing radiopharmaceutical oncology company building Theranostics Centers of Excellence across the US.About the RoleLooking for a Clinical Trial Service Line Manager to lead awareness, education, and patient enrollment across their clinical trial portfolio. This is a unique hybrid role that blends clinical trial operations, physician engagement, and strategic marketing "” think CTL meets field enrollment strategist. You'll work directly alongside a physician leader and the broader sales and clinical teams to build referral pipelines and drive trial participation across a multi-site national network.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary commercial resource for the clinical trial service line, driving patient enrollment across all centers.Build and manage relationships with referring physicians, sponsors, and patient advocacy groups.Educate and enable the sales team on trial eligibility criteria, patient identification, and referral workflows.Develop educational materials and referral tools for referring providers.Manage direct-to-patient clinical trial marketing and track KPIs for pipeline conversion and outreach effectiveness.Qualifications5+ years of clinical research or clinical operations experience in oncology "” required.Direct Phase I-II early phase trial experience "” required.Radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine trial experience "” strongly preferred.Experience with physician engagement, referral management, or patient recruitment strategies.GCP/ICH knowledge; CTMS and EDC proficiency.Note: MD candidates will not be considered.Required SkillsClinical research or clinical operations experience in oncology.Direct Phase I-II early phase trial experience.Radiopharmaceutical or nuclear medicine trial experience.Physician engagement and referral management.GCP/ICH knowledge; CTMS and EDC proficiency.Preferred SkillsExperience with patient recruitment strategies.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
