As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of Industrial projects such as Warehouse, Data Center, Distribution Center, Food & Beverages Facilities, Self Storage, Tilt Wall, Mission Critical and other Industrial Projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Industrial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects up to $50M .Proficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor managementStrong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standardsExperience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbout Scott-HumphreyWe are a national recruitment practice specializing in Construction, Real Estate, Legal, Pharma/Med Device, Digital Marketing, Creative, & Shared Services recruitment.
