Social Media & Community Manager - Western Lifestyle BrandOur client, a well-established Western lifestyle apparel brand, is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to join their team.Location: RemoteCompensation: $100K-$130K DOEReports to: VP of MarketingTravel: RequiredOverviewWe're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media & Community Manager to help expand the reach and resonance of a heritage-driven Western brand across digital platforms, partnerships, and in-person events.This role owns the organic content ecosystem"”from social storytelling to influencer relationships to on-the-ground brand building. You'll partner closely with marketing and product teams to create and amplify authentic brand moments rooted in Western heritage and lifestyle.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands both the Western space and the digital landscape, and who is just as comfortable leading a content shoot as they are refining copy.Responsibilities• Manage organic social channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting • Lead affiliate and influencer programs, including identifying, onboarding, and managing brand-aligned partners • Attend brand events, trade shows, and activations as a content creator and brand representative • Support cross-functional content creation across campaigns, photoshoots, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and internal brand initiatives • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging • Monitor trends across Western, outdoor, and lifestyle spaces to keep the brand relevant while maintaining a distinct voiceQualifications• 2-3 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles • Familiarity with Western, ranching, or outdoor lifestyle strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple content calendars and deadlines • Strong written communication skills and a sharp visual eye • Comfortable working on-site at events, behind the camera, and interacting with customers • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and influencer platforms • Willingness to travel, including weekends, for events and content captureBenefits• Health and dental insurance • Employee discount • Flexible PTO • Flexible work environment • Travel opportunities • Creative autonomy within a heritage-driven brandAbout Us:Career Group is a premier, recruiting agency and a widely recognized name in corporate and administrative staffing.
