Our multidisciplinary teams tackle challenging problems from sensor integration to flight-test validation, all in a collaborative, hands-on environment.Position SummaryWe're seeking an Electronics Engineer to own the full electronics development lifecycle"”from concept and schematic capture through PCB layout, firmware development, and prototype fielding. You'll design and validate circuitry for our electromechanical and sensor payloads, then work side-by-side with mechanical designers and software engineers to bring hardware into production and flight.Key ResponsibilitiesCircuit & PCB DesignCreate and review schematics for analog, digital, RF, and power-electronics subsystemsDevelop PCB layouts (KiCAD) with DFM/DFT best practicesGenerate BOMs, coordinate with vendors, and manage component obsolescenceEmbedded FirmwareAuthor, debug, and optimize firmware in Embedded C/C++ for microcontrollersIntegrate sensor drivers, communication stacks (SPI, I²C, CAN), and real-time control loopsPrototyping & TestBuild, assemble, and verify prototype boards in our lab; develop test fixtures and proceduresPerform bench validation (oscilloscope, logic analyzer) and support environmental testingTravel to field test events in support of system validation or demonstration testingCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with mechanical designers to ensure form-fit integration in constrained enclosuresCoordinate with systems and software teams on interfaces, power budgets, and EMI/EMC mitigationDocumentation & ReviewsProduce clear design documentation, test reports, and engineering change ordersParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and process-improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBS in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering (MS or PhD a plus)= 2 years of hands-on PCB schematic capture and board layout experienceProven ability to select components for sensing and electromechanical applicationsProficiency in Embedded C/C++ firmware development and debuggingStrong understanding of signal integrity, power distribution, and grounding practicesPreferred SkillsExperience with Python for scripting, data analysis, or automated testPrior work integrating electronics with mechanical actuators or motion systemsTravel RequirementThis position requires occasional travel, approximately 5-10% of the time, for purposes such as field testing.CitizenshipDue to ITAR regulations and sponsor requirements, applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) plan with company matchGenerous paid time off, holidays, and professional development stipendA collaborative culture where your designs fly on real aerospace platformsHow to ApplyPlease send your résumé and a brief cover letter to recruiter@ with the subject line "Electronics Engineer".
