This is a hands-on sourcing position where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from pipeline building to offer stage, with a strong emphasis on proactive direct sourcing. The ideal candidate thrives in a high pace environment with solid knowledge of the private lending, mortgage, or financial services talent market preferred.This is an in-office opportunity located at our headquarters in Austin, TX. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead full cycle recruitment for sales and operations roles, with an emphasis on sales recruiting.Execute aggressive direct sourcing strategies using ZoomInfo, Boolean search, job boards, networking, and referrals to build strong candidate pipelines.Partner with marketing to build out a large scale recruiting campaign.Screen and assess candidates through resume review, phone screens, and structured interviews; present only well qualified shortlists.Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of HouseMax Funding.Maintain accurate and up to date records, track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders.Work with the sales team to identify and leverage niche talent communities, industry events, and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the market.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success filling sales, financial services, or lending roles.Proven track record in direct sourcing; ability to build pipelines from scratch without heavy reliance on inbound applicants.Strong proficiency with sourcing tools; skilled in Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.Excellent communication and relationship building skills; able to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.High sense of urgency, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in or recruiting for a mortgage, lending, or financial services company preferred.
