Human Resources (HR) ManagerThis is a HR Manager role at division of a Global Manufacturing Company. This is a 400+ person non-union site, needing a HR Manager to lead strategic HR efforts, while managing a team of 7 HR Generalists, Payroll and Benefits CoordinationCore ResponsibilitiesManage HR functions such as improving employee turnover, improved employee communications, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Partner with plant leadership to shape HR outcomes, ensuring policies in line with objectives and corporate standards.Oversee compensation/ and benefits administration and workforce retention strategies to ensure long-term stabilityManage Payroll, onboarding, FMLA, benefits administration and general HR policies. Manage hiring of Candidate Requirements7+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Manager.Preference of prior HR experience in a Manufacturing environment. Well rounded experience in hiring, employee communications, conflict resolution and payroll Experience in FMLA, Benefits administration, HR Policy improvement.
