The RoleYou'll work on high-volume, business-critical platforms within the Recordkeeping & Operational Platforms domain. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions while contributing to Fidelity's digital and cloud transformation initiatives.?? Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise mainframe applicationsSupport batch and online systems (CICS)Perform analysis for maintenance and enhancement effortsDeploy and support production releasesEnsure data security and system integrityExecute unit, functional, and regression testing ? Required Skills6+ years of software development experience in enterprise environmentsStrong expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and VSAMExperience supporting production systems and releasesStrong analytical, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-moving, agile environment ? Nice to HaveExperience with COBOL/native stored proceduresExposure to distributed technologies (or willingness to learn)??
