This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can independently drive projects while collaborating across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end mortgage servicing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesPartner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather requirements and drive executionIdentify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on trackMaintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and project teamsTrack project progress using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft PlannerFacilitate meetings, status updates, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountabilityRequired Qualifications:Strong experience in mortgage servicing within financial servicesSolid finance background with understanding of related processes and systemsExceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and organizationExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, polished presenceProactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Word, PowerPoint, and PlannerExperience with JIRA and Microsoft TeamsAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
