Eittem is seeking a Sales and Client Relations Managerto drive direct-to-consumer sales through high-touch client relationships and in-person selling experiences. The role combines direct sales, client relations, and account managementThe role is focused on building and converting a pipeline of high-net-worth clients, managing long-term relationships, and executing curated selling moments within a luxury environment.The ideal candidate brings an existing book of HNW clients within luxury, jewelry, fashion, or adjacent sectors, along with a proven track record of closing high-value sales.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a direct sales pipeline, converting relationships into revenueLeverage and expand an existing network of high-net-worth clientsSource and host private client appointments (in-studio and off-site)Plan and execute selling events, including private viewings and group experiencesDevelop a network of affiliate selling partners (stylists, personal shoppers, concierges, etc.)Maintain consistent client outreach and follow-up to drive repeat purchasingTrack pipeline, client activity, and sales performance through CRM systemsCollaborate with the CCO on client strategy, partnerships, and activationsQualifications5-10 years of relevant experience in luxury sales or client developmentExisting book of high-net-worth clients (required)Demonstrated track record of driving sales and managing client relationshipsExceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHighly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-drivenMust be able to work in-person in NYC 4 days per week, remote 1 dayAbility to travel domestically and internationallyBachelor's degree requiredCompensation & BenefitsBase salary of $90-100,000 based on experience + commission with strong earning potential tied to individual sales performanceHealth insurance and benefits packageOpportunity to grow within a high-touch, entrepreneurial luxury environmentTo be considered for this role please email resume and cover letter to avasylenko@Eittem (, @eittemnyc) is an emerging, NYC-based luxury brand.
