This organization is undergoing a strategic shift toward a more execution-focused, deal-driven development model and is looking to add a senior leader to help scale its real estate platform.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth of an emerging urban market, with direct involvement in high-impact, city-scale development projects.The RoleThe Vice President of Development will lead complex real estate projects from concept through completion, with a focus on mixed-use and urban redevelopment initiatives.This individual will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive deal execution, manage development processes, and help build out a high-performing internal team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cradle-to-grave development across a diverse portfolio of mixed-use projectsOversee both redevelopment and ground-up development initiativesManage all phases of the development lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, design, entitlement, execution, and stabilizationStructure and execute complex capital stacks, including public and private financing sourcesPartner with internal teams, external developers, consultants, and community stakeholdersOversee asset management strategy and portfolio performanceHelp recruit, build, and mentor a growing development teamQualifications10-15+ years of real estate development experienceStrong background in mixed-use, urban, or large-scale redevelopment projectsExperience leading projects from concept through completionDeep understanding of development finance and capital structuringExperience working with public-private partnerships or complex stakeholder environments is a plusStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesWhy This RoleOpportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a growing platformExposure to large-scale, visible development projectsAbility to help build and shape a team and pipeline from the ground upDynamic, entrepreneurial environment with strong backing and long-term growth plans
