We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead high-profile productions, ensuring seamless execution, high-quality delivery, and successful outcomes on time and within budget. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to work on high-impact, industry-leading live events.Responsibilities:Manage all technical and production aspects of live eventsTranslate stage designs into technical plans for rigging, AV, lighting, and stagingCreate equipment lists, pull sheets, schedules, and technical documentationCoordinate rentals, vendors, crews, and onsite production teamsOversee load-in, rehearsals, show execution, and load-outConduct site visits and advance planning with clients, venues, and production teamsAssign crew roles and manage onsite teams during eventsTroubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues during live productionsEnsure redundancy systems, safety standards, and technical reliabilityMonitor system performance and coordinate power and cable managementOptimize production efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs and timeMaintain overall show budgets and production costsHold production meetings and coordinate technical specifications with creative teamsTrain and mentor technicians and support continuous process improvementOccasionally assist with onsite technical or production management as neededRequirements:7+ years of experience in live events, production, or AV industry30-40% travel requiredStrong knowledge of audio, video, LED, lighting, rigging, power, and stage managementUnderstanding of AV integration and live event executionExperience with high-profile clients and large-scale productionsCAD or Vectorworks proficiency (basic working knowledge minimum)LED wall mapping experience (Novastar & Brompton)Experience using Resolume softwareStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and resourcefulnessAbility to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, communication, and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and a self-motivated approachWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when neededStrong industry network within the production and live events spaceWillingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve processes
