Job Description

The Director of Field Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving field performance, consultant activation, and leadership growth across Jordan Essentials. This position partners closely with the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to shape and execute initiatives that strengthen the field, increase engagement, and accelerate sustainable growth.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Field GrowthPartner with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative sales and field development strategiesIdentify opportunities to increase activation, retention, and overall field performanceAnalyze trends and provide insights that inform business decisions and growth initiativesOnboarding & Activation SystemsOversee and evolve the onboarding experience for new consultants, ensuring a clear path to early successBuild scalable systems that drive activation, confidence, and retention within the first 30-90 daysAlign onboarding strategies with broader sales and marketing initiativesLeadership Development & CoachingCoach and develop emerging and established leaders to strengthen team growth and performanceCreate frameworks that support sponsoring, duplication, and consistent team activityPartner with top leaders to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies within their organizationsTraining Strategy, Development & DeliveryDesign and build comprehensive training programs that support onboarding, sales, and leadership developmentDeliver high-impact training across platforms including virtual, small group, and large-scale eventsContribute to event strategy and lead development of training content and presentationsProgram Development & ExecutionCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute field programs, incentives, and initiativesEnsure programs are clearly communicated, effectively implemented, and aligned with company goalsEvaluate program performance and refine for continuous improvementCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely across departments including Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure alignment between strategy and field executionServe as a key bridge between corporate vision and field experienceAdvocate for field needs while maintaining alignment with company prioritiesField Engagement & InfluenceBuild high-trust relationships across the field, establishing credibility through consistent connection and effective trainingEngage and influence consultants at all levels to drive participation, action, and growthMaintain a strong presence within the field to stay connected to evolving needs and opportunitiesQualificationsExtensive experience in direct sales, with a strong preference for party plan backgroundProven success in field development, leadership coaching, and sales strategyExperience developing and delivering high-impact training, including stage presentationStrong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable resultsProficient in Canva and Google SuiteDemonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments and functionsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedBackground in skincare, essential oils, wellness, or a related industry is preferred
