Position SummaryAssociate, Internal Business Development Support will be responsible for working with external business development and consulting, with a focus on educating advisors on Elevation Point's investment solutions, implementing client portfolios, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners. This role will work closely with internal teams (documents, trading, due diligence, custodians, marketing materials) to implement new business and adjust existing cases while serving as a key liaison with custodians, investment sponsors, and affiliated advisory teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional CollaborationProvide clear, concise instructions to internal teams related to portfolio implementation and ongoing tasks in the CRM.Coordinate marketing material creation and updates across Elevation Point departments to ensure consistent communication with partners.Thorough understanding of custodial relationships and key contacts. Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across internal business units.Business Development & Relationship ManagementEducate and help onboard advisors to Elevation Point's OCIO services.Assist in delivering total portfolio investment solutions which may include additional technology and operational features like margin, securities based lending, direct indexing and dollar cost averaging.Serve as the secondary liaison with specific vendor relationships. Work with Due diligence department to provide quarterly performance updates explaining manager or strategy performance.Act as point of contact for advisor internal teams with client portfolio or manager-related questions, coordinating internally to provide information.Product & Market ExpertiseMaintain deep knowledge of mutual funds, SMAs, alternatives, model programs, and derivatives (solutions involving options) available through the TAMP.Stay current on manager performance and investment styles.Maintain an understanding of technology and operational capabilities in relationship to investment offerings and portfolio design.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 65 preferred. 7+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management.Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, technology and operations.Excellent communication, relationship management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), operational software and AI.Salary:$60,000-$70,000 (plus commission)
