Job description:Property ManagerFull-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Bilingual Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume B/C-class community with significant opportunity for growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience maximizing asset performance and elevating operations to reach full potential. Extensive experience with Yardi is required, along with strong proficiency in collections, renewal retention, and Section 8 housing programs. A proven ability to manage, develop, and lead high-performing on-site teams is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all property operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and housing regulations.Lead, coach, and mentor a large on-site team, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.Manage rent collection processes, minimize delinquencies, and implement effective collection strategies.Utilize Yardi for reporting, financial tracking, work orders, resident management, and leasing activities.Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and monthly performance metrics.Maintain strong resident relations, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high-quality living environment.Collaborate with upper management to drive occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.Oversee vendor relationships, contract management, and property maintenance schedules.QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish3+ years of property management experience; multi-site or large-team leadership preferredAdvanced proficiency with YardiStrong experience in collections, delinquency control, and resident accountsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSolid knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management compliancePreferred SkillsExperience managing Class B/C propertiesBudgeting and financial management experienceStrong conflict resolution and resident retention skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentivesMedical, dental, vision, and additional benefitsPaid time off and holidaysJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Collection management: 3 years (Required)Resident Retention: 3 years (Required)Section 8: 2 years (Required)Managing B/C class Communities: 3 years (Required)Property management: 3 years (Required)Property leasing: 3 years (Required)
