Associate Asset Manager

We are seeking a driven Asset Management Associate to lead the performance and strategy for a real estate portfolio comprised of large retail assets. This role is instrumental in maximizing asset value and returns through leasing strategy, financial oversight, property enhancements, and market adaptability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute asset management plans to improve NOI and long-term value.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of properties.Lead leasing strategy: manage broker relations, optimize tenant mix, and negotiate lease terms.Supervise property operations with third-party managers to ensure high standards and cost efficiency.Evaluate and underwrite new acquisitions; lead due diligence and investment memos.Monitor compliance, resolve lease-related legal matters, and mitigate property risks.Analyze market trends and generate regular reports to inform decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.3+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in asset management.Strong financial modeling, lease negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to drive strategy while managing multiple projects cross-functionally.Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.5 days in office.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
