Role SummaryWe are seeking a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging digital experiences that influence how millions of customers shop and interact with products daily. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user-centered solutions that align business objectives with customer needs.You will lead end-to-end design efforts, working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. Your work will translate insights into impactful designs, ensuring solutions are usable, scalable, and visually compelling across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycleDesign end-to-end user experiences, including flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypesPartner with product managers to define strategy and prioritize high-impact featuresCollaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready, scalable designsContribute to and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design systemPlan and conduct user testing sessions, translating insights into design improvementsFacilitate or participate in design workshops to drive alignment and innovationPresent design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levelsKey Requirements5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related fieldExpertise with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)Recent enterprise-level experienceB2B experience Strong understanding of responsive design and developer handoff best practicesProven experience working in agile or iterative product development environmentsPortfolio demonstrating interaction design, prototyping, and end-to-end design processExperience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teamsStrong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formatsExcellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities effectivelyDemonstrated empathy for users and commitment to understanding customer needs
