Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in Seattle/Bellevue/Everett. This temp will be acting as a customer service coordinator that travels to various business locations in the Seattle/Bellevue/Everett Parking ranges in price pending on the site around $20/day for downtown sites. We reimburse for parking and commute miles over the first 15 miles each way.Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services.• Mailroom operations• Print production (printing, assembling, binding)• Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams)• Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls• Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications• Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person• Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas• Conference room set up/take down
