This position represents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with global brands and bring new products to the market.In addition to providing technical support to our customers, this role will also assist our Sales and Marketing team in winning new business. As a Field Application Engineer, you will work closely with technical teams in Asia, to ensure successful and timely technical issue resolution. Multiple positions available.Key Responsibilities:Understand customer technical queries and issues, provide initial analysis and solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact technical issues for the customer.Collect, compile and track customer technical issues and manage ongoing project progress.Work with Sales and Marketing team to provide expert technical support in customer interactions.Engage with global R&D and support teams to triage and resolve issues.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years' experience, with minimum 2 years in semiconductor or systems company.Software experience with embedded Linux and/or RTOS is essential.Systems level expertise is required to be successful in this role.Customer facing experience is mandatory.Experience in networking, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth is a plus.Requires critical thinking skills, outstanding leadership, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with diverse world-wide teams.Ability to manage multiple simultaneous customer programs.Detail and action oriented.The annual base salary range for this position is $134,830 - $222,550.
