Executive Administrator to CEO / Venture Capitalist (Semiconductor Industry)Location: Fremont CA - OnsiteReports To: CEO / Managing PartnerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support a CEO who is also an active Venture Capitalist in the semiconductor sector. This role sits at the intersection of executive operations, venture investing, and deep-tech innovation.You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing day-to-day operations while supporting activities related to investments, portfolio companies, and industry engagement across the semiconductor ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Time ManagementManage a highly complex calendar across operating company leadership, investment activities, and industry engagementsCoordinate domestic and international travel, often aligned with conferences, investor meetings, and portfolio visitsPrepare detailed daily and weekly briefings, including company profiles, investor backgrounds, and meeting objectivesAct as a gatekeeper to prioritize competing demands and optimize CEO effectivenessPortfolio & Industry EngagementSupport communication and coordination with portfolio companies and executive teamsCoordinate CEO participation in semiconductor industry events, panels, and conferencesOperational & Strategic CoordinationTrack key priorities, action items, and cross-functional initiatives across both the operating company and investment activitiesPrepare executive presentations, reports, and communicationsIdentify process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivitySupport special projects, including strategic partnerships, new initiatives, and market analysisQualificationsRequiredBA degree or equivalent experience5-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, Partner, or Managing Director)Experience in venture capital, private equity, semiconductor, or deep-tech environments strongly preferredExceptional organizational and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh level of discretion and professionalismKey CompetenciesAbility to operate at both tactical and strategic levelsProactive, anticipatory mindset with strong problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsInterest in technology, innovation, and venture investingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) planFlexible and dynamic work environmentSalary Range - $120K- $200K/YR
