The company also offers consultation, training, and ongoing support to ensure customer success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Field Service Technician located in New England region or/and Mid-West region . The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial and wide-format inkjet printing equipment. This role involves providing maintenance services, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and offering technical support to clients. The technician may also be required to conduct on-site training for customers and assist with the proper usage of printing systems.QualificationsTechnical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial or wide-format printing systemsExperience with inkjet printing, industrial printing, and garment/textile printing technologies is preferredStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical manuals and diagramsExcellent customer service and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team membersAbility to manage time efficiently and work independently in an on-site environmentValid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as neededExperience with training and providing guidance to clients is a plusAssociate's degree or technical certification in a related field or equivalent experience
