SAP BRIM Functional (FICA) Consultant - Local to PA

Position: SAP BRIM Functional Analyst / ConsultantWork Type: Remote / Virtual with Onsite Travel RequirementsLocation: Middletown, PA (as needed)Description of DutiesSupport solution delivery teams in coordinating SAP BRIM activities within enterprise programsDeliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA capabilities, including payments, dunning, collections, account determinations, and CI/GL integrationsLead functional testing efforts, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processesAssist BRIM architects with configuration tasks, including business partner/contract account setup, correspondence, and event framework updatesProvide BRIM/FICA process expertise for scenario design and test data creationSupport data mapping, translation rules, cross-reference maintenance, and open item conversion activitiesContribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and migration tasksMaintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress trackingProvide post-go-live support for FICA processes, including monitoring payment interfaces, dunning runs, settlement jobs, and issue resolutionCollaborate with technical teams on enhancements, BRF+ rules, correspondence forms, and integrations with external payment providersSupport audit and compliance activities by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls and reporting requirementsDocument all technical and functional work, including designs, diagrams, test plans, impact analysis, lessons learned, and best practicesDevelop and maintain productive relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, and clientsLead and participate in project activities related to enterprise systemsWork independently to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilitiesFollow organizational standards, policies, and proceduresUtilize required software and technology tools to perform job dutiesMinimum Experience / SkillsetExperience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation5+ years as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA expertise (8+ years preferred)Strong understanding of FICA processes including payments, dunning, collections, interest, open item management, and CI/GL integrationExperience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA-related enhancements is a plusFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Microsoft ADO Testing ModuleDesired Skills3+ years of SAP BRIM experience preferredExperience with enterprise business solutions and SAP projectsFamiliarity with ITIL / ITSM methodologies and practicesCertifications / EducationSAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications preferredBachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related fieldEquivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education
