Job Description

We're looking for a self-starter and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us grow. This is a high-impact role with a clear focus of filling our sales pipeline. You will own the execution side of our marketing operation, converting demand and interest into qualified leads for our sales team. From building and optimizing campaigns and email nurture flows to managing landing pages, tracking performance, and supporting events, you'll be the engine behind our pipeline growth. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned, measurable, and consistently driving results.Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across digital channels.Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns and nurture flows in HubSpot.Build, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion workflows to support campaign performance.Support retargeting campaign setup and audience management.Support lead generation efforts including gated content promotion, demo request follow-up sequences, and form strategy to drive pipeline.Help maintain the editorial calendar and keep content execution on track and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.Support promotion, distribution, and repurposing of content assets including blogs, webinars, case studies, podcasts, and gated content.Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, virtual events, and webinars including registration flows, lead capture, and post-event follow up.Build and maintain marketing dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports.Track campaign spends and flag pacing issues or over/underperformance.Maintain CRM data hygiene and support list segmentation in HubSpot.Set up and manage UTM parameters, conversion events, and tracking workflows to support accurate campaign attribution and performance reportingQualifications:A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.3+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS.Hands-on experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.Experience with WordPress for content publishing and landing page creation.Demonstrated experience in content creation, digital marketing, and event coordination.Experience in digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress, Semrush, LinkedIn Advertising.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Experience in basic design tools like Adobe or Figma is a plus.Background in or exposure to manufacturing is a plus.
