This is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning people, processes, customer service, supply chain coordination, and operational execution to support continued growth across our distribution channels.We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong teams, improves accountability, and creates operational excellence through collaboration and execution.This role is ideal for someone who can lead people first, bring structure and discipline to operations, and elevate both customer and internal team performance.What You'll OwnPeople Leadership (Top Priority)Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional operations teamEstablish clear accountability, expectations, and performance standardsCreate a collaborative, customer-focused, high-performing cultureImprove communication and alignment across departmentsMentor team members through continuous development and coachingDrive employee engagement, retention, and operational accountabilitySupply Chain & Inventory OperationsOversee supply chain coordination and inventory-related processesImprove operational flow from order entry through fulfillmentMonitor inventory health, stock availability, and fulfillment performanceReduce operational bottlenecks and improve response timesSupport ERP process consistency and operational reportingBalance efficiency, customer experience, and cost controlCustomer Service & Account ManagementLead customer service and sales support operationsStrengthen relationships with distributors and key customer accountsEnsure accurate quoting, order processing, and communicationImprove responsiveness, order accuracy, and overall customer experiencePartner closely with sales leadership to support distribution growthRemove operational barriers that impact customer satisfaction and revenueDistribution OperationsCoordinate operational execution across warehouse, customer service, and supply chain teamsSupport distributor readiness for promotions, launches, and growth initiativesMonitor operational KPIs and fulfillment metricsStandardize workflows and improve execution consistencyWhat Success Looks LikeStronger team accountability and engagementImproved inventory visibility and operational responsivenessHigher customer satisfaction and distributor supportBetter cross-functional communication and executionIncreased operational efficiency and reduced errorsOperational support that directly contributes to revenue growthWhat We're Looking ForNon-Negotiable Experience?
