Key Responsibilities:• Lead Salesforce technical delivery across multiple projects• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations• Drive solution architecture, technical design, and implementation strategy• Lead code reviews and establish development best practices• Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migration activities• Mentor and technically enable team members on Salesforce products and processes• Manage client engagement and contribute to account growth initiatives• Support technical discovery sessions and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities?? Required Skills & Experience:? 10+ years of Salesforce delivery experience? Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization? Expert knowledge of Salesforce Clouds - Sales, Service, Community, Marketing & Commerce? Experience with integrations, ETL tools, CPQ, and marketing automation platforms? Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data sharing, security, and LDV best practices? Experience with SAML, SSO, OAuth authentication patterns? Expertise in release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies? Experience leading technical teams and customer engagements? Minimum 3+ Salesforce Certifications required? Strong communication and stakeholder management skills??
