This role combines technical leadership with strategic advisory"”translating complex tax concepts into actionable insight for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.You will also play a key role in developing the next generation of talent, while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee complex tax compliance across individual, partnership, and corporate filings (1040, 1065, 1120-S, Trusts & Estates)Provide strategic tax advisory to high-net-worth and business clientsReview work to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulationsMentor and develop staff, fostering a high-performance, technically strong teamSupport business development initiatives and contribute to long-term firm growthAbout You8+ years of progressive experience within a CPA firm environmentActive CPA license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Bachelor's in Accounting/Economics plus Master's (MBA or Tax/Finance preferred)Strong technical expertise across U.S. federal and state taxProven track record of stability and progression in prior rolesCommercially aware, with the ability to advise clients beyond complianceWhat's on Offer$130,000 - $150,000 base salary + performance incentivesBusiness development commissionsComprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision)401(k) with matchingGenerous PTO and hybrid flexibilityClear pathway toward senior leadership / partner-track
