Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and coordinating clinical talent. Secondary support will include HR compliance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent:Source and engage candidates for clinical roles (nurses, technicians, allied health, etc.)Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate outreachCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and global teamsManage candidate communication throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Support offer letters and new hire onboardingOperations & Compliance:Assist with unemployment claims and workers' compensation case documentationSupport employee record maintenance for payroll accuracyHelp coordinate state tax filing requirements (with training)Partner with global teams to resolve operational issues as neededQualifications:Must-Have:2-4 years of recruiting coordination or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting for healthcare roles (hospital, clinic, agency, or home health)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationNice-to-Have:Familiarity with unemployment claims, workers' comp, or state tax filingsExperience working with global or remote teamsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
