Our Client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a high-net-worth entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses across diverse industries. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly manage both professional and executive-level personal operations with discretion and precision.The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, polished, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendars across multiple businesses and personal commitmentsCoordinate meetings, calls, travel arrangements, and itinerariesPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondenceServe as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the executivePrioritize incoming requests and communications efficientlyOperations & CoordinationAssist in overseeing day-to-day administrative operations across multiple companiesCoordinate with vendors, leadership teams, clients, and external partnersTrack deadlines, projects, follow-ups, and action itemsOrganize and maintain highly detailed digital and physical recordsSupport event planning, executive meetings, and special projectsAccounting & Financial AdministrationAssist with invoice management, expense tracking, and vendor paymentsCoordinate with accounting, payroll, and finance teams across multiple businessesMaintain organized financial records and documentationReconcile receipts, expense reports, and credit card statementsMonitor due dates and ensure timely processing of bills and paymentsAssist with budgeting reports, spreadsheets, and financial trackingSupport onboarding and management of vendors and service providersMaintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and business informationPersonal Executive AssistanceManage confidential personal matters and schedulingCoordinate reservations, appointments, and travel logisticsHandle time-sensitive requests with urgency and professionalismEnsure seamless coordination between personal and business responsibilitiesQualifications3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or high-net-worth individualsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate needsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling platformsAbility to work independently with minimal oversightProfessional demeanor and polished presentationPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting an entrepreneur or owner of multiple businessesBackground in luxury service, private executive support, or high-level administrationExperience coordinating travel, events, and executive operationsProject management experience is a plus
