About A2B's Client:Our client is a well-established, global organization operating within the renewable energy and infrastructure space, supporting the delivery of large-scale projects across North America and internationally.With continued growth across their project portfolio, they are expanding their Supply Chain team and looking to bring in a Supply Chain Manager to support project execution and delivery.Role Overview:The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities across multiple projects, ensuring materials, suppliers, and timelines are aligned to meet delivery commitments.This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, project delivery, and operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain visibility, manage risks, and support successful project outcomes.It's well suited to someone comfortable operating in dynamic, project-driven environments with multiple moving parts.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of supply chain activities across active projectsEnsure alignment between supply plans, timelines, and project requirementsAct as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on supply-related updatesWork within planning and ERP systems to support project scheduling and material allocationValidate supply plans against demand forecasts and delivery timelinesMonitor supplier performance and support on-time delivery of materialsCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address potential delaysTrack and resolve discrepancies between supply plans and project requirementsIdentify potential risks related to supply, capacity, or timelinesCollaborate with teams across planning, sourcing, engineering, and logisticsSupport resolution of issues impacting delivery schedulesContribute to process improvements across supply chain and project executionSupport initiatives to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project-based environmentsExperience working in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or similar industriesStrong understanding of supply planning, supplier coordination, and delivery timelinesExperience with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhy Join?Join a growing, globally active organization within a high-demand sectorWork on large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional exposureOpportunity to take ownership and contribute to project delivery successLong-term growth potential within an expanding team
