If you're looking for a position where you can make a measurable impact, develop your technical expertise, and grow within a quality-driven organization, this is an excellent opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the key liaison between design engineering and manufacturing to ensure successful product launchesDevelop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and costImplement and maintain ISO 9001-compliant processes, documentation, and quality systemsSupport internal and external audits while promoting a strong culture of quality and complianceDevelop and maintain control plans, PFMEAs, and inspection criteriaEstablish and monitor SPC charts; analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvementsSupport Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or quality engineering rolesFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and quality systemsUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesSome experience with SPC, data analysis, and process optimizationBackground in an assembly or especially an electrical assembly environment would be a helpQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
