In this role, you'll translate business requirements into scalable solutions while owning development from concept through delivery.GCH or Citizens onlyLocation: On-site in Pendergrass, GAEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireSalary: Up to $95,000 upon conversion (based on experience)What You'll DoTranslate business requirements into functional application featuresCollaborate with IT teams to define specifications for new applicationsDesign and develop creative prototypes based on requirementsWrite clean, high-quality code within established timelinesPerform unit and integration testing prior to deploymentConduct functional and non-functional testingTroubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applicationsEvaluate and improve current systems by adding new features or updatesCreate technical documentation and user guidesDesign and develop user interfaces for web-based applicationsRecommend solutions by evaluating custom development vs. off-the-shelf optionsIntegrate applications via database design and server-side processingProvide timely production support and issue resolutionRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, or related field3+ years of software development experience3+ years with (C#), HTML/CSS (Bootstrap)3+ years of JavaScript and jQuery experience3+ years working with the SharePoint platformExperience with Web Services (API, SOAP, REST)Strong understanding of application security best practicesAdvanced SQL/database design and data automation skillsWorking knowledge of Active DirectoryProven experience building user-facing applicationsStrong understanding of software design principlesKey SkillsExcellent attention to detail and time managementStrong communication (written & verbal)Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working both independently and collaboratively
