This role is critical in maintaining the health, performance, and security of IAM systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with application migration and integration, particularly with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and will play a key role in automation, reporting, and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to enhance IAM operations, develop automated workflows, and generate executive-level KPIs utilizing tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Sentinel, and Python scripting within a cloud environment that includes AWS.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 5 years in programming and scripting3+ years of experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Power AutomateStrong scripting and automation skills, particularly in Python and PowerShellExperience with cloud platforms, including Azure and AWSFamiliarity with compliance and audit frameworks (e.g., CISA, CRISC certifications preferred)Deep understanding of Azure AD, RBAC, app role assignments, and credential lifecycle managementKnowledge of IAM systems such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, OKTA, SailPointExperience with monitoring, SIEM tools like Azure Sentinel, and automation via co-pilot agentsStrong data analysis and visualization skills (SQL, Tableau, AWS Athena, Splunk)Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-team collaboration skillsResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Graph API, and Python scripts to enhance IAM processesCreate, maintain, and distribute dashboards and enterprise reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for executive reviewMonitor IAM systems actively, generating reports on system performance, usage, and security incidentsImplement alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies and maintain system health across IAM platformsDocument monitoring and reporting procedures to support audit readiness and compliance initiativesCollaborate with technical and business teams to improve IAM operations and reporting capabilitiesSupport automation efforts and application migrations involving Entra ID integrationEnsure all IAM activities adhere to internal security policies and external regulatory requirementsDICEZR-PRO
