Senior Associate - Transaction Advisory ServicesAbout the FirmA boutique transaction advisory firm focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Office of the CFO support for private equity firms, independent sponsors, and strategic acquirers. The firm emphasizes senior-level involvement, practical judgment, and clear, decision-oriented analysis over high-volume, standardized work.The OpportunityThis role is designed for candidates currently in Big 4 or large-firm TAS practices who want greater ownership, closer client exposure, and deeper involvement across the full transaction lifecycle. Senior Associates operate as core deal team members, working directly with Managers and Directors on live engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including Quality of Earnings, working capital, and net debt analysesAnalyze historical financials and business drivers to identify deal risks and value considerationsParticipate actively in management meetings, diligence calls, and client discussionsPrepare and review analyses and draft client-ready deliverablesIdentify normalization items and transaction considerations with direct input into deal conclusionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of experience in Big 4 or national-firm Transaction Advisory / FDDStrong proficiency in financial statement analysis and ExcelCPA or progress toward CPA preferredAbility to operate with autonomy in a lean, fast-paced deal environmentWhy This RoleIncreased responsibility and visibility compared to large-firm TASDirect interaction with private equity clients and senior deal professionalsEntrepreneurial culture with meaningful influence on engagement outcomes
