Customer Service Representative - B2B6-Month Contract | Onsite - Dayton, MN Pay Rate: $18-$21/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMOpenings: 2Interview Process: One-and-done, 30-45 minute onsite interviewPosition OverviewWe are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume B2B customer service environment during a critical period of growth and transition. This team is navigating multiple mergers and acquisitions, peak ramp-up season, and internal staffing changes, creating an immediate need for strong, system-savvy customer support talent.This role will focus heavily on inbound customer support via phone and email, order processing, and case management while working closely with sales and operations teams.Team & Business ContextTeam of 13 total associates3 supporting M&A integrations10 within the legacy customer service groupApproximately half of the team functions as generalists handling:Incoming phone queueShared inboxSalesforce case managementThe division supports paint sprayer products and is currently in peak seasonCall volume averages ~320 inbound calls per day across the teamKey ResponsibilitiesHandle 70% inbound phone calls and 30% email-based customer support through a shared inboxProvide B2B customer service support related to:Pricing inquiriesInventory availability and ETA checksOrder entry and order managementShipping coordination and shipping damage issuesAccurately document customer interactions, cases, and orders within Salesforce or CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficientlyMaintain professionalism and responsiveness in a high-volume environmentRequired Qualifications (Must-Haves)Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of comfort navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneouslySharp, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new processesProfessional communication skills for B2B phone-based interactionsPreferred Qualifications (Plusses)Experience using SalesforceGeneral CRM experienceBackground in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environmentsBachelor's degreeWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
