Keeping the shop in gleaming condition is an everyday responsibility. This will include ensuring samples are tagged and appropriately organized, visual merchandising standards are met, and the store is shiny and clean! The right candidate will be responsible for helping with stocking office supplies, clearing and serving champagne and light kitchen duty.You love multitasking. The right candidate is able to adapt to the flow of the day and understands that pivoting is key and interruptions happen!You thrive as a leader: We are looking for someone who loves building and developing a team, from assisting in hiring, training, and motivating employees at every stage of their career with us.You're cool as a cucumber under pressure: You have a bride who's moved up their wedding date, your bathroom has sprung a leak, and your right hand stylist called out sick, but you're navigating the day with ease and grace and have everything under control. You don't shy away from challenging situations, but rather thrive on problem solving and finding solutions.You have an eye for detail. The candidate will be responsible for helping confirm orders to make sure that all orders are processed precisely and delivery dates are tracked accurately.You work hard/play hard. Our brand was built on the foundation of a Midwestern work ethic,and we love building dynamic teams of people with integrity and awesome multi-tasking skills.Self-starters need only apply.A day in the life as an ASM:Manage scheduling with the manager: monthly and daily staffingPossibility of working on Sundays based on staffing and store needsDevelop and follow-up on all day-to-day priorities for the team.
