Clayton Services is searching for an Office Manager to join a thriving company in the Galleria Houston area.Job Type: Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00 am to 4:00 pmPay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000/year plus discretionary bonusBenefits: Medical, IRA, PTO, and more.Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Open and sort all mailOrganize and maintain filesMonitor and order office supplies and equipmentOrganize, schedule, and manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, etc.Pay and code billsComplete expense reportsRun errandsMail out checksEnter depositsAnswer phones and take messagesAnswer emailsType letters, closing documents, scanning, etc.Coordinate with ITLiaison with building manager/landlord for repairs, etc.Facilitate field operations requestsCreate and maintain the company websiteManage requests made by field operations and accountingUtilize WolfePak accounting software for accounting, royalty, and operational support functionsAssist with maintaining royalty owner records and responding to royalty owner inquiriesOther duties as assigned Administrative Assistant Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Excellent time management skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to maintain confidential informationAbility to work successfully without direct supervisionTrustworthy, reliable, and dependableExtremely professionalComputer proficiencyMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency Administrative Assistant Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting executivesPrevious oil and gas industry experience is highly preferredPrevious experience dealing with royalty owners is preferred Administrative Assistant Immediate need.
