This role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable network operations across corporate, cloud, and lab environments.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise networking, security-conscious design, and cross-functional collaboration within complex IT ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Infrastructure & OperationsDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN environmentsSupport routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networksMonitor performance, availability, and capacityTroubleshoot network issues across corporate and cloud environmentsCloud & Hybrid NetworkingSupport networking components in AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platformsConfigure and maintain secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud environmentsAssist with cloud migration initiatives and network optimizationSecurity & CompliancePartner with security teams to enforce network security policiesSupport firewall management and access controlsEnsure alignment with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirementsCollaboration & SupportWork closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teamsSupport lab and clinical environments as neededParticipate in on-call rotation if requiredQualifications5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineeringExperience with routing/switching technologies (Cisco or similar)Experience with enterprise firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet or similar)Experience supporting cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsExperience in regulated environments (biotech/pharma preferred)Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
