Assistant Property Manager

We are seeing an Assistant Property Manager to help with managing a portfolio of retail properties. DutiesAssist PM with day--to-day operations.Maintain accurate records of contracts, tenant communications, and property maintenance requests using Yardi.Address tenant issues. and build strong relationships.Coordinate with facilities management for timely repairs and maintenance of the property.
