The ideal candidates should not only have expertise in market analysis and negotiation to secure the best deals; but also have excellent communication skills to maintain robust vendor relationships. Elevate your career with us, where your strategic vision shapes our success story.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & SourcingSource products and follow approval for supplier, pricing, and purchase order approvals.Negotiation & Cost OptimizationSecure the best deals and cost-saving opportunities for the company.Vendor RelationsDevelop positive relationships with vendors, driving to continuous-improvement goals of optimal cost, quality, service, availability, and delivery.Cross-Functional CoordinationProactively coordinate with sales team and warehouse team members to monitor inventory and evaluate appropriate safety stock levels.Market AnalysisTrack industry trends and analyze monthly supply chain metrics and/or data.Industry KnowledgeStay updated on supply chain technologies, purchasing management techniques, and industry best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience or interest in market research, optimizing procurement strategies, forecasting future needs, and making informed decisions to drive our operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Oracle NetSuiteSupply Chain Management and/or Planning Experiences preferred but not requiredBilingual in Mandarin (preferred but not required)Salary: Starting at $50K (all salary and packages are subject to negotiation based on professional experience and skill set).Job Type: Full-time onsite, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
