Electrical Engineer

Seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Electrical Designer or Engineer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about thoughtful design, team collaboration, and high-performance building systems. The person in this role should have an Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering degree, or 3-7+ years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial, mixed-use, or institutional buildings. This person will be responsible for the design and documentation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems, and for coordinating with other disciplines including mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural.Position Qualifications:Electrical or Architectural Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)3-7+ years of electrical design experienceEIT or PE license preferred not requiredExcellent knowledge and proficiency with Revit and BIM 360Experience with multi-story, multi-family electrical design preferredStrong knowledge of CEC, NEC, and other applicable codesFamiliarity with restaurant electrical systems is a plusStrong understanding of the plan review and permitting processExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive, energetic attitudeA desire for personal and professional growthA team-first mindset with a collaborative spiritStrong attention to detailEmpathy and respect for coworkers and project partners
