Job Description

We are seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of enterprise-wide human capital initiatives across a complex, multi-entity and multinational organization.This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with executives to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, and scalable people operations. You will oversee all core HR functions, including Talent Management, Employee Relations, HRIS, Compensation, Payroll, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives across multiple regions and entitiesPartner with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent optimizationBuild and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and accountabilityLead, mentor, and develop a senior HR leadership team, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across all functionsDesign and implement scalable HR infrastructure to support rapid growth and international expansionOversee global compensation frameworks and ensure alignment with market competitiveness and internal equityServe as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and risk mitigationEnsure compliance with global labor laws, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across all regionsPartner cross-functionally with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory alignmentDrive HR technology strategy, including oversight of HRIS platforms, data integrity, and analytics capabilitiesLeverage workforce data and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesLead leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programsAdvise senior leadership on emerging HR trends, workforce challenges, and strategic people initiativesRepresent the organization externally in industry forums and thought leadership initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including global strategy and operationsRelevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR) strongly preferredDemonstrated experience leading HR functions across multiple geographies and business unitsProven success in organizational transformation, change management, and M&A integrationStrong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, or similar systems)Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics for workforce planning and decision-makingUnderstanding of emerging technologies, including AI and automation within HRExceptional executive presence with the ability to influence and advise C-suite stakeholdersStrong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiativesPrior experience in complex, regulated environments is highly desirableTrack record of building and developing high-performing HR teamsWhat Success Looks LikeEstablishing a scalable, globally aligned HR function that supports business growthActing as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all people-related mattersDriving measurable improvements in talent acquisition, retention, and engagementBuilding a high-impact HR team capable of supporting a dynamic, global organizationEnhancing organizational effectiveness through data, process optimization, and innovation
