HR CoordinatorSUMMARY:Coordinates and administers a variety of HR related responsibilities, including but not limited to record-keeping, project coordination, employee communications, HR administration, etc.This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid short-term disability, voluntary life insurance, unlimited paid time off and more.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports end to end internal employee lifecycleProvides support through entire pre-onboarding process including creating and sending offer letters, employment agreements and other paperworkSupports the termination and offboarding process of departing employeesCoordinate office space and I-9 processing for New HiresManage and send post start documents for new employeesUpdate Organizational Charts for internal Knowledge LibraryPerform data-entry into PeopleSoft and/or other applicable software programs for New HiresHarassment Training reporting and monitoringSend and track compensation plan updatesBack up for processing back end of terminations including sending notices to appropriate team members and working with IT, Payroll and PeopleSoft teamQUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate should have:1 - 3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related fieldMust be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointBS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Interest in working in a progressive HR function in a professional services environmentEffective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively respond to inquiriesExperience in a HRIS system, preferably PeopleSoftAbility to think critically and problem solve on a daily basisABOUT DEXIAN:Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with nearly 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
