The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team• Drive manufacturing process improvements, OPEX initiatives, and workflow optimization• Support injection molding and automated assembly manufacturing operations• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions• Lead DOE, validation, and change control activities• Support installation and startup of new production systems• Coordinate resolution of production quality deviations and customer claims• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, documentation, and team capabilities• Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teamsWhat We're Looking For:? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering? 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Medical device, FDA-regulated, or highly regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with injection molding and/or automated assembly systems? Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills? Experience with validation, DOE, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives? Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and automated systems?
