Senior Vice President of Construction

Senior Vice President of Construction Fast growing owner, operator, and developer is seeking an accomplished construction executive to lead the development and delivery of multiple large-scale, Class A luxury residential properties. This role oversees projects from design through certificate of occupancy, ensuring exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.Responsibilities:Lead all phases of construction for multiple Class A luxury residential projects, from pre-development through completion.Manage design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and value engineering.Oversee project budgeting, estimating, bidding, contract negotiations, and buy-out.Drive project schedules, site development, permitting, construction execution, safety, and close-out.Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams; foster strong vendor and subcontractor relationships.Partner closely with ownership/executive leadership to align on strategy and project outcomes.Qualifications:15+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential multifamily construction.7+ years of experience in senior construction management for Class A mid-rise (podium/wrap) and high-rise development projects.Proven success managing multiple large-scale multifamily projects ($75M+ each) from concept to completion, on time and within budget.Strong background in site development, value engineering, and contract negotiation.Proficient with modern construction technology and software.Strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional problem-solving, team-building, and communication skills.
