In this role, you will serve as the primary advisor for our clients, guiding them through the loan origination and processing stages. You will work closely with our dedicated in-house underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth, timely closings. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a platform that rewards high performance, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide clients seamlessly through the loan application process, breaking down complex financial options and clearly explaining loan terms.Review borrower financials, conduct accurate credit analyses, and structure competitive loans that meet approval guidelines.Partner with our in-house processing and underwriting teams to clear conditions rapidly and move files quickly from application to closing.Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, escrow documents, and all necessary mortgage-related paperwork.Maintain strict compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines, mortgage servicing standards, Fair Housing laws, and TILA regulations.Deliver exceptional, high-energy customer service that builds immediate trust and fosters long-term client relationships.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in mortgage origination, financial sales, or high-level loan processing.Deep understanding of loan structuring, underwriting procedures, and banking operations.Thorough familiarity with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing laws.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently advise clients over the phone.Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills for pipeline and CRM management.A highly motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a comfort level in a fast-paced sales environment.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a highly lucrative hourly plus commission structure designed to reward top producers, alongside a comprehensive benefits package:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with a 3% company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Sick DaysEmployee Assistance and Wellness ProgramsEmployee discount and Referral programsOur Troy Office AmenitiesWe built our Troy headquarters to ensure our team operates at peak performance.
