Global Logistics Analyst

Our client manufactures large-scale, high-complexity industrial equipment deployed at customer project sites across the USA. We're looking for a seasoned logistics professional to own the end-to-end supply chain coordination that keeps our equipment moving "” from origin to final destination "” on time and in compliance for project sites based in the United States.Responsibilities:Manage all import operations, including customs clearance, HTS classification, and compliance with country-of-origin requirementsApply and negotiate Incoterms (EXW, DAP, DDP, CIF, etc.) in alignment with commercial contracts and project delivery requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners, managing performance and resolving issuesCoordinate last-mile delivery of oversized and high-value equipment to active construction and industrial project sites, including permitting and specialized transport logisticsTrack shipments, maintain logistics KPIs, and proactively communicate status updates to project managers and internal stakeholdersRequirements:5+ years in international logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance, ideally in a capital equipment or industrial manufacturing environmentDeep working knowledge of Incoterms and import regulations across multiple jurisdictionsProven track record managing freight forwarder and carrier relationships for complex, project-based shipmentsExperience with heavy lift, out-of-gauge, or project cargo strongly preferredProficiency with ERP and TMS systems; strong Excel skills; excellent written and verbal communicationExperience reading technical drawings a plus
